You’re Not Here Because You Don’t Know What to Eat.
You’re Here Because You Keep Ending Up Back at the Same Place.
A personalised hypnotherapy program for people who are tired of repeating the same cycle — so you can enjoy eating well rather than just endure it.
Most people who contact me have tried to fix this before. More than once.
They’ve counted calories, cut out sugar, followed plans, tracked everything. And most of those things worked — for a while.
But here’s what every one of those approaches had in common. They all focused on what you eat. None of them focused on what’s underneath — what drives your habits in the first place. And that’s where meaningful change has to happen.
Until that changes, the same patterns keep coming back — no matter how good the plan is.
And the frustrating part — the part nobody really talks about — is that it’s not even the eating itself that does the most damage. It’s what happens in your head straight after. The disappointment. The familiar feeling of having let yourself down. The quiet resignation of failing again.
That’s the cycle this program is designed to break.
The Trigger Isn’t Always What You’d Expect
People assume emotional eating is always about stress. And sometimes it is — pressure builds, and food becomes a way of coping without really deciding to.
But just as often the trigger is the opposite. Things are going well. You’ve been eating better. You feel like you deserve a treat. And there’s nothing wrong with that.
The problem is what happens next.
One treat turns into “I’ve messed up again.” And that all-or-nothing thinking — the feeling that one slip has undone everything — is more damaging than the treat ever was.
You’re not just back where you started. You often feel worse. And the cycle starts over.
What It Actually Feels Like
Emotional eating rarely looks dramatic from the outside. It’s usually quiet and private.
It’s the end of a long day when you’re tired and the willpower that held all day just isn’t there anymore.
It’s eating something you didn’t even really want and not being sure why.
It’s the mix of relief and guilt that follows — sometimes at the same time.
It’s knowing exactly what you’re doing and feeling oddly powerless to stop.
Most people who experience this don’t talk about it. They feel like they should be able to sort it out on their own. And when they can’t, they blame themselves.
They’re just not working on the right part of the problem.
The Real Reason the Cycle Keeps Repeating
You’ve probably noticed something about yourself. Your motivation to eat well tends to be strongest when you feel at your worst. And the better you start to feel, the easier it is to let things slip.
That’s not a coincidence. And it’s not weakness.
It’s the way most people’s motivation around food is wired — and it’s the piece most approaches skip entirely.
When things feel bad enough — how you look, how you feel, how your clothes fit — that discomfort drives you to change. It works. You start eating better. You start to feel better.
And then the pain eases. And so does the motivation.
The habit rushes back in to fill the gap. Not because you’re weak or lazy — but because the thing that was driving you forward has disappeared.
Think about the difference between someone who starts going to the gym because they hate how they look, and someone who starts because they genuinely want to feel stronger and have more energy. The first person stops going the moment they feel slightly better. The second keeps going because every session is moving them toward something they actually want. The goal is pulling them forward rather than the pain pushing them.
The goal of this program isn’t to make you more disciplined around food. It’s to shift what’s driving you — so that eating well becomes something you enjoy, not something you endure.
What That Looks Like in Real Life
When that shift happens, the changes people notice go beyond food.
They feel more confident. They feel comfortable in their own skin in a way they haven’t for a long time. Getting dressed in the morning stops being something they dread. They stop thinking about food as much. It just takes up less space.
That’s what this is really about.
How Hypnotherapy and the Emotional Eating Rewire Program Works
Your eating habits aren’t stored in the part of your mind you can reason with. They’re stored in the subconscious — the part that runs automatically, below conscious awareness.
That’s why knowing better doesn’t fix it. You can understand the problem completely and still find yourself reaching for food out of habit, emotion, or exhaustion.
Hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious. In a relaxed and focused state, we can access the patterns driving the behaviour and begin to change them — not by adding more rules or more willpower, but by shifting the emotional wiring underneath.
The automatic reach for food starts to lose its pull. The all-or-nothing thinking weakens. Eating well starts to feel less like something you’re imposing on yourself and more like something that just fits with who you are.
Break the Cycle is a structured three-session program. Each session builds on the last.
The first session is about understanding your personal and unique triggers, beliefs, and associations around food — and beginning to shift them. This isn’t just an information-gathering exercise. Most clients notice a significant shift from the very first session.
In the second and third sessions we take stock of what has already changed and work through any residual or deeper emotions that could keep the old pattern in place.
The real change tends to consolidate in the weeks after the program. But the shift usually begins much sooner than that.
Also included: Your Personalised Hypnotherapy Audio Track
After the third session, you will receive a personalised hypnotherapy audio track created specifically for you — based on the work we have done together in the program. This is not a generic recording. It is designed around your unique triggers, patterns and the shifts you have already made, to reinforce and deepen the change in the weeks that follow.
Questions People Usually Ask
-
The program is three sessions. Many clients find that’s all they need. Others stay in touch and come back over time — and that’s something I genuinely welcome. Change at this level often opens doors people didn’t expect, and having support available when you want it matters.
-
That’s the honest question and it deserves a straight answer.
If you’re looking for a quick fix that takes zero effort on your part, this is not for you.
But if you’re genuinely ready to change, I can tell you from 20 years of working with this full time — when you address the right thing, change happens faster and lasts longer than most people expect. Most clients notice a significant shift from the very first session.
If you’re not sure whether it’s right for you, the best thing to do is have a conversation. There’s no pressure and no obligation.
-
Over 20 years of working full time with clients, I’ve developed an approach that goes straight to the source of the problem — not just the habit on the surface, but the triggers, beliefs and emotional associations underneath it. Hypnotherapy is the tool, but the process is grounded, practical and tailored to you.
In fact, far from losing control, most people find the opposite is true. This process is entirely about giving you back control — over your habits, your choices and your relationship with food. You will be more in control than you have ever been. That’s the whole point of it.
Sessions last approximately 90 minutes.
This Is Probably for You If…
You know what you should be eating but keep ending up back at the same place
You eat to cope — whether that’s stress, exhaustion, boredom or just the end of a long day
You treat yourself, then spiral — one slip becomes “I’ve ruined it” and the whole thing unravels
You’ve tried cutting back, diets, willpower — and it works until it doesn’t
You’re tired of going around the same loop and you’re ready to do something about it at the root
You want to change who you are around food — not just what you eat
“The turning point came just before the three-week mark when, getting ready for a night out, I discovered I needed a belt with a well-worn, much-loved jeans – and I don’t wear belts. Ever. An added bonus, which I credit partly to my improved diet and more-frequent exercise, but mostly to the hypnosis and relaxation CD he gave me, is that I’m now finding it much easier to relax and am far less stressed that normal. I’m sleeping much better. It hasn’t been all plain sailing, and there’s still plenty of work to do, but if it’s always this simple, I’ve no doubt I’m going to achieve my goal through hypnosis.”
